iPhone 5 Email Settings on ATT network

If the user is trying to setup email on an iPhone 5 on the ATT network you will need to set them up using SSL.  Repeatedly we have seen when setting up accounts not using SSL that the iPhone will get stuck verify the account and never sync.  The only way to stop this is to power off the phone then go in and update the email account to use SSL.  Remember if the end user is going to use SSL they will need to change the incoming and outgoing mail servers to the name the SSL certificate is in.
